The Computer Resource Company is a 24 X 7 oriented company. We provide on-site support as well as remote support.

We understand that in a global economy that business does not end at 5 PM EST, and that there are also times of the day or week where it is not convenient to interrupt normal business activities.

The Computer Resource Company is responsive and flexible, and is able to work with you to meet all challenges and opportunities. We will respond to your emails and voice mail messages promptly. We will troubleshoot your software issues after you have left the office on-site or remotely. We will schedule software installations and upgrades after hours and on weekends to minimize disruption. We will pick up your server or workstation and resolve issues here in our office.  Of course, we will perform all these services during normal business hours, too.

We offer pre-paid support plans, or we will work on an hourly basis.
